  • The item must be returned with all original tags, accessories, and in the original packaging.

2. How to Start a Return or Refund

The process is fast and easy.

  • Provide Information: Please include your Order Number and a detailed explanation, along with photo or video evidence if the item is damaged or defective.
  • Receive Resolution: We will review your request and provide you with a resolution within 2-3 business days.

3. Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away.

  • We will cover all costs and ensure you receive the correct, undamaged item. You will not be charged any return shipping fees in these cases.

4. The International Dropshipping Policy (Important)

Due to the nature of our international fulfillment model, physically returning items can be complex and highly expensive for the customer.

To simplify the process and minimize cost, Paw Sleek reserves the right to offer the following alternatives, at our discretion:

  • Refund Without Return: We may issue a full or partial refund without requiring the item to be shipped back. This is our preferred solution for damaged or defective items.
  • Store Credit or Exchange: We may offer an instant replacement or store credit to encourage a quick resolution.

5. Refunds Processed

  • We will notify you once your refund is approved.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method.
  • Please note that it can take 5 –10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
