This policy outlines our shipping process, delivery expectations, and important information regarding customs and duties for orders shipped to the United States.
1. Processing Time (Handling)
- All orders undergo a processing period before shipment.
- Orders are typically processed within 7 to 15 business days (Monday to Friday). This time is used for order verification, quality control, packaging, and transference to our international fulfillment partner.
- We do not process orders on weekends or major US holidays.
2. Shipping Zones & Rates
We currently ship exclusively to the United States (all 50 states).
- Note on Delivery: The transit time provided above is an estimate. Delivery times can vary and are not guaranteed due to the international nature of our fulfillment process, including customs delays and carrier schedules.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
- Tracking Number: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped (after the 7–15 day processing period).
- Activation: The tracking number will typically become active and traceable within 2–5 days of receiving the email.
- Tracking Updates: Due to the international nature of the shipment, tracking information may occasionally be slow to update or may only show status once the package has successfully reached the US.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (Crucial Clause)
- Paw Sleek is an international seller.
- We are not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order upon arrival in the United States.
- All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for information regarding any fees that may apply.
